In May of 2016 Eric, Donna and Mark thought that it would be a great idea to transform downtown Burlington and The Snake Alley District into a place where people from Burlington and the surrounding area would like to be.  The inspiration came from our childhood memories of downton Burlington.  It was a bustling area where people came to get away from the worries of everyday life.  

The thought of opening a wine bar that specialized in Wines of the World and Music entertainment was a result of the desire to make Downtown Burlington the place to be.  The result was Olive Wine. A quaint wine bar that offers good wines from around the world in a stress free environment where conversation with each other can be had with great entertainment.
